Four lawyers within the firm have been honored by Florida Trend magazine as Florida’s 2014 “Legal Elite.” The Florida Legal Elite recognizes the top attorneys practicing in the state as chosen by their colleagues.
Attorneys recognized on the 2014 Legal Elite list include:
Stephen D. Busey – Commercial Litigation; Jeanne E. Helton – Health; Stephen D. Moore, Jr. – Business Law; E. Lanny Russell – Commercial Litigation.
The chairman of the firm, Stephen D. Busey, is also recognized in the Legal Elite Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame honors attorneys who have been consistently ranked in the top tier in Legal Elite voting.
The listing is determined through votes by members of The Florida Bar and is featured in the July special report in the statewide business magazine. Lawyers were asked to name attorneys they hold in the highest regard or would recommend to others. According to Florida Trend, the 2014 lists represent fewer than two percent of the active Florida Bar members who practice in Florida.
