Smith Hulsey & Busey has added Charmaine T.M. Chiu to the firm’s Board of Directors.
Chiu is an equity shareholder and is the Chair of the firm’s statewide Healthcare Practice Team. She is board certified in Health Law by The Florida Bar and has been recognized for her legal work in Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers, Jacksonville Business Journal, 904 Magazine and Nightingale’s Healthcare News.
Chiu is a member of The Florida Bar, Jacksonville Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and American Health Lawyers Association. She is former Chair of both the Health Law Section for The Florida Bar (2015-2016) and the Health Law Certification Committee for The Florida Bar (2016-2017).
