Smith Hulsey & Busey recently announced that it has signed a long-term lease to move its home office to the 32nd and 33rd floors of the Wells Fargo Center in downtown Jacksonville and will take occupancy on November 1, 2018.
In 1986, then counsel for the Florida National Bank, a predecessor to Wells Fargo, Smith Hulsey & Busey was one of the anchor tenants in the One Enterprise Center building and has occupied its two floors in the building since 1986.
The move to the Wells Fargo Center will again place Smith Hulsey in the same building as Wells Fargo, one of the firm’s principal clients.
“As the firm moves into its second 100 years of service to the business community, our move to the Wells Fargo Center will be an exciting new chapter for the firm,” said Stephen Busey, chairman of Smith Hulsey & Busey.
