Firm Names New Shareholders

The firm has announced that Nicholas W. Morcom and John R. Thomas have become shareholders.

Morcom is an experienced jury trial lawyer and practices in the area of complex commercial litigation. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Florida State University.

Thomas is an attorney in the firm’s litigation department and his practice includes representation of commercial lenders in state court proceedings and bankruptcy court. He earned his Juris Doctor degree with high honors from The University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College.
