Harry M. Wilson, III

Hank Wilson is chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He practices in the area of commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis in real estate finance. He is recognized for practice excellence in real estate law by Best Lawyers in America and in Chambers and Partners’ America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, Florida Super Lawyers and Florida Trend's Legal Elite.
He advises clients in connection with all types of complex real estate transactions, including developers, owners, investors, tenants and financial institutions. He has developed programs for restructuring loans, non-judicial enforcement of loans and wrap-around and adjustable rate loans.
His work has included condominiums, office buildings, shopping centers, large single-family residential communities, industrial facilities, multi-family properties, timber tracts and convenience stores. He has written and lectured extensively at seminars regarding real estate finance and real estate transactions.
