Luke S. Haber

Luke Haber is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use team, where he advises clients on real estate acquisitions, financing, leasing, sales and more. 

Prior to joining Smith Hulsey & Busey, Luke served as an Assistant District Counsel with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers advising project managers, engineers, contracting officials, and senior leadership on major federal infrastructure projects. 

Luke is adept at collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, offering clients practical, business-minded counsel that balances their goals with legal risk. He brings strong research, drafting and analytical skills, along with experience in complex environmental legal issues.

He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida College of Law. Luke served as Senior Editor of the Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Review; was Treasurer, competitor and coach for the Florida Moot Court Team; and Treasurer of the Environmental and Land Use Law Society. Luke also earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
