Allan E. Wulbern
Shareholder
Allan Wulbern is a dedicated trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience handling commercial litigation and insolvency matters. He has helped hundreds of debtors, creditors, Chapter 7 trustees and state court receivers navigate insolvency actions. He also litigates estate and trust issues for high-net-worth individuals. Allan has significant trial experience in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, and he regularly counsels owners of closely held corporations on legal and business matters.
Before becoming a lawyer, Allan spent nine years in the Jacksonville banking industry, with a focus on real estate lending.
Allan is the past president and former chairman of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association, a board member and treasurer of the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Pro Se Clinic, and a member of the Fourth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. He is the current vice president of the board of trustees of the St. Johns Country Day School. He is also an active member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd and volunteers on committees within the Episcopal Diocese of Florida. Allan was born and raised in Jacksonville and enjoys fishing when he has the opportunity. He also enjoys traveling with his wife.
