Joseph Rogan Appointed to the Jacksonville Ethics Commission

Firm attorney Joseph W. Rogan has been appointed to the Jacksonville Ethics Commission by Chief Judge Mahon.

Chief Judge Mahon is allotted one appointment to the commission, subject to confirmation by the Jacksonville City Council. Rogan?s three-year term begins January 2017.

The Jacksonville Ethics Commission was created by City Council in 1992 to serve city officers and employees by providing a forum for consideration of ethics problems and questions.

Rogan’s practice is in the areas of litigation and bankruptcy. He focuses his practice on the resolution of complex business disputes and creditors? rights. His experience includes representation in banking, finance and fiduciary relationships and in the property management, development, logistics and construction industries.
