Smith Hulsey & Busey has elected Amelia H. Henderson as a shareholder with the firm. Henderson works in the firm’s healthcare and corporate departments.
She focuses her practice on healthcare regulatory and transactional law, corporate transactional law, trademark and trusts and estates law. She assists healthcare and corporate clients with acquisitions and other business transactions, as well as advises healthcare clients on complex healthcare laws.
She counsels professionals, business owners and other individuals in estate planning matters and handles probate matters.
Henderson is a former president of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association and a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
