Attorney Leanne Prendergast has been named secretary to the Florida Board of Directors for the International Women?s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
IWIRC is a global network of women in the insolvency and restructuring professions and has been connecting women worldwide for more than 20 years. Through a global membership of more than 1,200 attorneys, bankers, corporate-turnaround professionals, financial advisors and other restructuring practitioners, IWIRC members develop a powerful network of contacts, resources and mentors.
Prendergast is a shareholder at the firm and practices commercial and insolvency litigation in both state and federal courts. She is a member of The Florida Bar, Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.
