The Florida Times-Union recognized firm attorney R. Christopher Dix for becoming the first individual in the Jacksonville area to pass a rigorous examination offered by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS).
The examination provides an objective measure of mastery of the challenging field of electronic discovery in complex litigation. Passing the examination is a prerequisite for earning the Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) credential offered by ACEDS.
Dix has been with Smith Hulsey & Hulsey for more than six years.
