Attorney Leanne Prendergast has been selected by the Board of Directors of the International Women?s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) to attend the 2016 Leadership Summit in Toronto, Canada from July 27-29. She currently serves as secretary to the Florida Board of Directors for IWIRC.
IWIRC is a global network of women in the insolvency and restructuring professions and has been connecting women worldwide for more than 20 years. Through a global membership of more than 1,200 attorneys, bankers, corporate-turnaround professionals, financial advisors and other restructuring practitioners, IWIRC members develop a powerful network of contacts, resources and mentors.
Prendergast is a shareholder and practices commercial and insolvency litigation in both state and federal courts. She is a member of The Florida Bar, Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.
