Carli J. Seroka-Frederick
Associate
Carli Frederick is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups, focusing her practice on bankruptcy proceedings, business reorganizations and related commercial disputes. She advises debtors, creditors and trustees in Chapter 11 cases and other bankruptcy-related litigation, and also handles contract disputes and other complex commercial matters.
Prior to joining Smith Hulsey & Busey, Carli served as a term law clerk for U.S. District Judge Jacob A. Brown of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Middle District of Florida.
Carli earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she served as an editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review. She was also a member of the Business Law Association and the Sport and Entertainment Law Society. Carli graduated with a Dual Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and business administration from DeSales University.
