Carli J. Seroka-Frederick

Associate

Carli Frederick is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups , focusing her practice on bankruptcy proceedings, business reorganizations and related commercial disputes. She advises debtors, creditors and trustees in Chapter 11 cases and other bankruptcy-related litigation, and also handles contract disputes and other complex commercial matters.

Prior to joining Smith Hulsey & Busey, Carli served as a term law clerk for U.S. District Judge Jacob A. Brown of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Middle District of Florida .

Carli earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she served as an editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review. She was also a member of the Business Law Association and the Sport and Entertainment Law Society. Carli graduated with a Dual Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and business administration from DeSales University.
