William W. Templin
Associate
William Templin is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Team, where he guides health systems, physicians and other providers through a range of healthcare regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. His background in finance provides him with a strong foundation for advising clients on the complex business and regulatory issues facing today’s healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Smith Hulsey & Busey, William served as an intern for U.S. District Judge Christy Wiegand of the Western District of Pennsylvania, assisting with research into intricate procedural and substantive issues, class action litigation and other complex civil matters. He also gained experience as an intern for the Federal Trade Commission and as an extern for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).
William earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as Senior Articles Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. William graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance.
