Three firm attorneys recently spoke at the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association’s 23rd Annual Seminar on August 21, 2015.
Leanne Prendergast and Chris Dix participated in a session entitled “E-Discovery in Bankruptcy: Why Should You Care? Ethical and Practical Considerations for E-Discovery in Bankruptcy Matters.” Prendergast was the moderator of the panel, and Dix was a panelist along with Michael Chagnon from eTerra, Melissa Davis from KapilaMukamal and Bankruptcy Judge Michael G. Williamson.
James H. Post was a panelist in a separate session entitled “Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors: what, why, how and why not just Chapter 7?” Post was a panelist along with Michael Moecker and Mark Healy, from Michael Moecker & Associates, and Bankruptcy Judge Michael G. Williamson.
