Attorneys Speak at Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association’s Annual Seminar

Three firm attorneys recently spoke at the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association?s 23rd Annual Seminar on August 21, 2015.

Leanne Prendergast and Chris Dix participated in a session entitled “E-Discovery in Bankruptcy: Why Should You Care? Ethical and Practical Considerations for E-Discovery in Bankruptcy Matters.” Prendergast was the moderator of the panel, and Dix was a panelist along with Michael Chagnon from eTerra, Melissa Davis from KapilaMukamal and Bankruptcy Judge Michael G. Williamson.

James H. Post was a panelist in a separate session entitled ?Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors: what, why, how and why not just Chapter 7?? Post was a panelist along with Michael Moecker and Mark Healy, from Michael Moecker & Associates, and Bankruptcy Judge Michael G. Williamson.
