Firm Announces Three New Shareholders

Attorneys Timothy R. Buskirk, Megan R. Heiden and Christopher H. Henderson have become shareholders in the firm.

Buskirk’s practice involves complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation. He earned a master’s degree in accounting with honors, Juris Doctor degree and bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.

Heiden represents hospital systems, nurses and physicians in defense of medical negligence claims and professional licensure actions. She is experienced in catastrophic birth injury litigation, personal injury claims and insurance coverage disputes. She earned her Juris Doctor degree with high honors and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.

Henderson’s practice is in commercial and bankruptcy litigation, mergers and acquisitions, contract preparation and negotiation and entity restructuring. He earned his Juris Doctor and master’s degree from the University of Florida and received his bachelor’s degree from Furman University.
