Attorney R. Christopher Dix spoke today at a joint presentation by the Commercial Litigation and Construction Law Committees of the Jacksonville Bar Association on E-Discovery Practice Pointers: Tips from the Trenches.
Dix spoke on the cost-efficient collection and production of a client’s ESI. Other topics discussed at the presentation included: definitions, instructions and other useful information on obtaining ESI from opposing parties; using discovery to investigate sources of ESI maintained by opposing parties and vendor services that save time and reduce costs.
Dix joined attorneys Christian Dodd with Hickey Smith LLP and Charles Jimerson of Jimerson & Cobb, P.A. as speakers at the event.
