Firm Hires New Associate

David Dunn, a new associate, has joined the firm’s Corporate, Securities and Business Law practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Dunn worked at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington D.C. He advised public and private companies in connection with federal and state securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate law matters.

Dunn also clerked for the Honorable Karen LeCraft Henderson, Circuit Judge in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

Dunn received his Juris Doctor degree and his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. In law school, Dunn was a member of the Order of the Coif, Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review and on the Dean’s List for all semesters. A native of Jacksonville, Dunn graduated from The Bolles School.
