Some of the firm’s key health care attorneys were most recently involved in the the sale of North Florida Dermatology Associates (NFDA) to Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery (ADCS).

Based in Jacksonville, NFDA is a leading dermatology practice in Northeast Florida, with four offices and nine providers. The practice has an integrated suite of services, including medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic surgery, dermatopathology, and a diverse set of aesthetic services and products.

ADCS is one of the largest dermatology-focused physician practice management companies in the United States. The company is headquartered in Maitland, Florida, and has over 70 offices in Florida, Ohio, and South Carolina. In addition to its owned practices, ADCS provides billing and coding management services for over 80 independent dermatology practices across the country under the Ameriderm trade name. ADCS is a portfolio company of Audax Group, which invested in the company in 2011 and is supporting a buy and build strategy.
