The Riverside Avondale Preservation (RAP) has named attorney Asghar A. Syed to its Board of Directors.
RAP is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance and preserve the architecture, history, culture and economic vibrancy of the Riverside Avondale historic neighborhood.
The organization facilitates neighborhood improvements and preservation through community participation, education, advocacy and events that highlight Riverside Avondale’s unique quality of life.
Syed recently completed a three-year board term for TEDxJacksonville and is committed to helping local businesses grow and succeed in the community.
He is an attorney in the firm’s litigation department and his practice includes representation of commercial lenders and businesses in state and federal courts.
