Firm attorney Amelia H. Henderson has been selected as president-elect of the Jacksonville Women Lawyer’s Association (JWLA) for 2015-2016.
JWLA was founded in 1982 to provide support and networking for women lawyers in Jacksonville. JWLA helps to:
– Promote the recognition of contributions within the legal profession
– Improve the administration of justice and to elevate judicial standards
– Promote the study of law
– Distribute legal knowledge to the public
– Improve relations between the bar and the public
Henderson is an associate in the firm’s Health Care Group and Business Department. Her practice includes transactional health care, corporate and trusts and estate law.
