Firm Adds Two New Associates

Amelia H. Henderson and Joseph W. Rogan have been named as new associates to the law firm.

Henderson is an associate in the firm’s Health Care Group and Business Department. Her practice includes transactional health care, corporate and trusts and estates law.

She earned a Juris Doctor degree and bachelor’s degree, both with honors, from the University of Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar and president-elect of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association.

Rogan represents firm clients in the areas of complex commercial litigation, employment law, construction law and creditors’ rights. Prior to joining the firm, Rogan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul W. Grimm, U.S. District Judge, District of Maryland and Chair of the Discovery Subcommittee of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Advisory Committee.

He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Center and both a bachelor of science and bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude with University Honors, from the University of Central Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Jacksonville Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Jacksonville Bar Association and The Federalist Society.
