Catherine A. Gleason
Associate
Cat Gleason focuses her practice on healthcare, corporate, securities and business law, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Her transactional law background makes her a valuable addition to the firm’s M&A team.
Cat obtained her J.D. from Tulane University Law School, magna cum laude, and her B.S. from Centre College. During her final year of law school, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal, managing a staff of writers, writing articles, editing citations and more. She also received a certificate in maritime law and several maritime law awards upon graduation.
While receiving her undergraduate degree, Cat interned with the Office of U.S. Senator Marco Rubio. Assisting with constituent services and casework helped her develop strong client-service skills and strategies for supporting conflict resolution, which she often uses in her law career today.
Cat grew up in the Jacksonville area, and after spending her undergraduate and law school years away from home, she now enjoys spending time with her family and friends around the First Coast. Outside the office, Cat likes swimming, running, playing golf, and spending time outdoors.
