Stephanie D. Gladney

Stephanie Gladney is a seasoned attorney in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions, Healthcare, and Corporate, Securities and Business Law practice groups.

She brings more than 14 years of in-house healthcare legal experience to clients navigating complex transactions and regulatory matters. Stephanie is known for delivering clear, practical legal advice and risk management guidance. Her experience includes corporate strategy, advising senior leadership on healthcare regulatory compliance, physician practice acquisitions, and negotiating complex agreements, including employment contracts, service agreements and vendor agreements.

Stephanie’s regulatory experience spans matters involving the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, CMS regulations, HIPAA, the Corporate Practice of Medicine and the telehealth regulatory framework. She most recently served as division general counsel for an international medical device supplier.

Gladney earned her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law and her B.S. in corporate finance from the University of South Carolina. She is admitted to practice in Florida and South Carolina and serves on the Women’s Board of Wolfson’s Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.
