Firm attorneys Lanny Russell and Joseph Rogan were featured in an article in the Financial News & Daily Record regarding their pro bono work in providing a disabled woman with a new chapter of stability and independence.
The woman sought help in securing a subsidized housing voucher from the Jacksonville Housing Authority and she was able to move into an affordable apartment.
However, she needed legal assistance in settling a past utility bill and landlord issues which the attorneys were able to resolve.
Their legal help allowed their client an opportunity to enjoy her new home and start a new chapter, very significant for a disabled person on a fixed income.
