Smith Hulsey & Busey facilitated the sale of client Blue Sky Network, an Iridium Satellite Connectivity Solutions firm, to ACR Group Corporation, a technology company specializing in satellite-based tracking, data communications and emergency location products and services for military and defense, aviation, marine and outdoor markets.
Smith Hulsey & Busey’s team was led by shareholder and director Stephen D. Moore, Jr. and included David S. Dunn and Kayla H. Herrin. ACR Group’s acquisition of Blue Sky Network closed on June 30.
