Demont is a partner in the firm’s commercial litigation and insolvency practice. He is experienced in jury trials regarding business torts, contracts, secured transactions, mortgage foreclosures, fraudulent transfers, mechanics liens, workouts and lender liability, and banking and commercial paper.
Demont is a former CEO of Suddath Relocation Systems, a leading provider of global transportation services. As an experienced business executive, Demont brings a unique perspective to the firm resulting from his combined years of business and legal experience.
Moore is a partner and transactional lawyer in the firm’s business department and Health Care Group. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, loans and other taxable and tax-exempt financings, contract preparation and negotiation, health care, entity structuring, joint ventures and the provision of general business and governance advice.
Moore represents public and privately held entities, including logistics companies, motor vehicle dealers, banks, private equity funds and investors, hospitals, physicians and other health care providers, management companies, tax exempt institutions, emerging businesses, professional groups and individuals.
