Smith Hulsey & Busey has elected Bryan L Putnal to the firm’s Board of Directors and named Putnal chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department.
Putnal has practiced commercial real estate law for more than 25 years with an emphasis on transactional finance, sales and acquisitions, leasing and title insurance. He is experienced in Florida and multi-state transactions.
Putnal represents financial institutions in loan workouts and restructures. He advises sellers and purchasers in all phases of contract negotiations for property acquisition and development, including section 1031 exchanges and agricultural properties.
