Healthcare professionals, executives, and legal advisors from across Florida gathered on June 5 for Smith Hulsey & Busey’s 2025 Healthcare Law & Management Symposium — the firm’s annual event fostering practical dialogue around the complex legal and business issues shaping healthcare in Florida.
Organized by SHB’s Healthcare Practice Team, this year’s program was held at the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse in Ponte Vedra Beach. It included sessions on private equity transactions, immigration challenges, fair market valuation, developments in Florida wrongful death law and key takeaways from the 2025 Florida Legislative Session.
“This event gives healthcare leaders the space to exchange ideas, gain legal insights, and prepare for what’s ahead,” SHB’s Healthcare Practice Team Chair Charmaine T. M. Chiu said. “We appreciate everyone who joined the conversation and helped make this year’s program possible.”
