Smith Hulsey & Busey shareholder David S. Dunn has been named to the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2024 40 Under 40 list .

Dunn’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, entity structuring, joint ventures, and general business and governance advice.
A member of the firm’s Business Department, Dunn contributes to high-profile, complex client transactions and plays a crucial role in overseeing a team of lawyers and other professional advisors. His leadership extends beyond his practice, serving on the firm’s Hiring Committee, actively supporting the development of the next generation of lawyers at Smith Hulsey & Busey.
