Smith Hulsey & Busey has hired attorney Taylor Hainley as an associate in the firm, effective March 17.
Hainley will focus her practice on real estate law, advising developers, investors, lenders and business users in the acquisition, development, financing, sale and leasing throughout the Southeast.

Her strong academic background, keen attention to detail and commitment to client service make her a valuable addition to our real estate practice,” the firm’s chairman, Steve Busey, said. “As demand for sophisticated real estate counsel continues to grow, Taylor’s skills will help us maintain the high level of service our clients expect.”
Hainley earned her law degree cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served on the executive board of the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and previously served as a summer associate at a midsize Northeast Florida law firm. During her undergraduate studies, Hainley gained hands-on legal experience through a legal internship and two research assistantships.
