Taylor K. Hainley

Associate

Taylor Hainley focuses her practice on real estate law, advising developers, investors, lenders and business users in the acquisition, development, financing, sale and leasing of properties throughout the Southeast. Her experience with high-stakes business disputes combined with her strong research skills provide clients with clear, well-supported legal analysis and strategic guidance.

Taylor obtained her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude, and her B.S. from Florida State University, summa cum laude. During law school, she served as executive online editor of the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law.

While pursuing her law degree, Taylor gained hands-on experience as a legal extern with the Georgia State-wide Business Court, which provides specialized expertise for the adjudication of complex business cases. She further refined her practical skills as a summer associate at a midsize Northeast Florida law firm, deepening her understanding of real estate transactions and client needs.

Taylor grew up near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and relocated to Jacksonville in June 2020 after graduating from FSU. When she’s not in the office, Taylor enjoys exploring Jacksonville’s restaurant scene and planning travel adventures.
