Jeanne E. Helton: Jeanne practices in the areas of health care; corporate, securities and business law and intellectual property. She represents health providers in contracting, reimbursement, fraud and abuse issues, governmental audits, federal and state administrative proceedings, corporate compliance and transactions between health providers and regulatory matters. She has written many articles and spoken at seminars on a variety of health care issues.
Lauren Parsons Langham: Lauren is a real estate and land use lawyer with a comprehensive commercial real estate practice. She serves as local counsel in multi-state transactions and her practice includes lease review; drafting and negotiation; loan work-outs and restructures; foreclosures; purchase and sale contracts and closings; and commercial real estate loan documentation.
Allan E. Wulbern: Allan practices in the areas of litigation and bankruptcy. He is experienced in commercial litigation and insolvency matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, Allan worked in the banking industry for many years as a real estate loan officer.
