Smith Hulsey & Busey has facilitated the acquisition of its client Parady Financial Group, Inc., a Florida-based firm focused on helping retirees maintain financial security, by Risk Strategies, a leading national specialty insurance brokerage and risk management and consulting firm.

The Smith Hulsey & Busey M&A team facilitated the acquisition of client Blue Sky Network to ACR Group Corporation. The SHB team was led by shareholder and director Steve Moore and included attorneys David Dunn and Kayla Herrin.

Steve Moore led an experienced team of Smith Hulsey & Busey M&A attorneys in closing the transaction, resulting in Brightway co-founders Michael and David Miller retaining a significant minority investment of the company and serving on its board of directors.
